I've been there, and I've learned a lot of lessons the hard way so you don't have to.

I also help studios and independent professionals set up and customize PLM systems — specifically Serenity PLM, which I built to solve the workflow problems I kept running into. If you need help configuring your workspace, importing your existing data, or training your team on how to use it effectively, that's work I do too.
