Not sure which Mac you have? Click the Apple menu (top-left corner of your screen) → About This Mac. If it says Apple M1, M2, M3, or M4 — choose Apple Silicon. If it lists an Intel Core processor — choose Intel.

How to install

Mac

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg file
  2. Drag Serenity PLM to your Applications folder
  3. Open the app and paste your license token
  4. If you see a security warning, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway

Windows

  1. Run the downloaded .exe installer
  2. Follow the setup wizard
  3. Open the app and paste your license token

Your license token

After purchasing, you'll receive a license token by email within 24 hours (we try to be quicker). Paste it into the activation screen the first time you launch the app.
